Terms & Conditions

We provide automotive repair, maintenance, and vehicle modification services. All work is performed by qualified technicians using appropriate parts and procedures for your vehicle.

Written estimates are provided before repair work begins. Additional work discovered during service will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved forms of payment. Vehicles may not be released until payment is complete.

MiddleRidge Motors warrants workmanship on repairs for 12 months from the date of service. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or modifications performed elsewhere.

Performance and modification services may affect vehicle emissions status, insurance coverage, or manufacturer warranty. Customers are responsible for confirming legal compliance in their jurisdiction before authorizing modification work.

Vehicles left more than 7 days after service completion may incur reasonable storage fees. Vehicles left more than 60 days without communication may be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for personal items left in vehicles or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
